Love the statue suit😆
My Cali is not too fond of extreme cold and doesn’t spend much time out in it. She was a show dog when I got her and didn’t know what outdoors and grass was! Now she loves her little yard and chasing squirrels. Still comes in to use her pad though.

I never catered to my son as I did with my passed girls and now my rescued boy lol.

Any dog, once you start something they expect it all the time.
I tell anyone, never start something new that you cannot commit to every day.

These yorkies are relentless, they will whine, whimper, bark, make the strangest sounds or stare at you forever until they get what the want lol. How can they be ignored lol :)

I have a talker here too, one of the many reasons I just love the yorkie breed, my girls didn't talk as much as this guy does lol.

This guy sometimes makes sounds like a whale and porpoise lol, I ask him if he's singing to momma lol, he also howls in his sleep lol. I never know what will come out of his mouth next lol. It's funny and so cute lol.

I never had a yorkie howl while they were sleeping, he is always near me when it happens, I gently stroke his back to let him know he's safe. I don't know if dogs actually do dream, in any case I am always near him, I don't wake him up, just lightly run my hand over his body in case he is having a bad dream.

If it were left up to Duchess, she would walk in -32 weather :p. She loves being outside and because she doesn't walk (she runs everywhere), I honestly don't think she even gets cold:D. She doesn't stand still long enough to get cold.


When the weather is cold, we take short walks and of course she wears her winter coat. I personally don't like cold weather but Duchess insists that I take her out......the things we do.

I might consider getting something for Dexter to wear. Where would be a good place to purchase a sweater etc. ?

Pet Supplies, Pet Smart or PetCo, they have nice sweaters and jackets.

Cody is a big boy weighing in at 12 pounds, I cannot buy anything on line for him. I take him to one of the above stores and try on before I buy, I hate making special trips to return things.
I did however buy the statue one piece sweater for him on line, I had to buy 2 sizes lol and return the one that was to small so there went my free shipping lol.
