| Outdoor Play Area -- Please Share Pics & Ideas! I want to create a safe outdoor play area for our babies (Tyla is almost 2 and Mazie is 19 weeks ) I would LOVE to hear your ideas for a contained outdoor play area. Do you have one for your babies? Even if it is a patio/apartment outdoor play area, please share. What works? What is safe and also fun? Our backyard is a little more than 1/4 of an acre and is not fenced. (Front yard faces a VERY busy street.) Thanks for sharing friends! |

| For me, I have a fenced yard that at times I’ve put a little kids water pool in and also have used my yard to throw a ball in and also to practice commands I’ve taught my dogs. I do worry about safety a lot. So I always inspect the yard to make sure no holes have been dug underneath the fence, I always supervise in case a hawk or eagle is in the area or in case someone attempts to steal my dogs from my yard. Cases like that have happened a number of times in the city where I live. So I have no problem supervising and it’s enjoyable to me watching dogs play. In the winter time I always shovel the snow to make it into a maze. The maze has always been fun in the winter. |

| We have a nice black chain link fence. With four they run and play together. We do play fetch sometimes. We have an above ground pool not in the fence but they get to go in that almost once a week.
