| Tiny Baby Hello I'm a new yorkie momma I have a 17 week old yorkie baby girl very cute and playful. I have a question about weight when she was born she weighed 2.4 oz she's 17 weeks shes gaining about a oz a month shes a whopping 1.8 oz she has a very healthy appetite. Vet says she very healthy so what I'm I looking at as far as adult weight ? I just hope she stays healthy Gvillegas56 is online now Report Post |

| Welcome to YT Weight as an adult is a roll of the dice, more of a wait and see game. Taking a giant guess here with the info you have provided, if she stays at gaining an oz. a month she may stay under 5 pounds. These yorkies have growth / weight splurges so it's kinda hard to guesstimate.

| She is probably going to stay small but could hit a growth spurt you never know. Your breeder should be able to tell you a good guess because she should know what her lines normally throw.

| Sounds like she will be within the breed standard a little on the lower side. But as others have said, it is really just something that you will only know when she stops growing.
