Hi everyone! If the dogs get along, we will be adding another Yorkie to our family! Currently we have Roxy, she is almost 3. We are looking at a male from our same breeder. He is 4 months old. We are going to be visiting each other over the next 2-3 weeks to see if they get along.
Any thoughts?

It will be different in your house then another place.

Roxy "may" be friendly with a pouncing puppy outside your home, in Roxy's domain things could change, Roxy may not accept pouncing puppy in "her" home, it could take a few weeks or more for Roxy to accept the new kid, but in the end, they will be BFF.

How exciting! As "mommy" to a pack of three, I predict that it will take time for Roxy to accept her new brother, but in no time at all they will be romping, playing, and snuggling together. Best wishes!
