| Dexter goes after anything. He made the mistake of going across the street to the yorkie there. They also have a collie. By the time I got there, Dexter was on his back under the collie being submissive Lol |

| Piper is true to her breed and will relentlessly pursue gopher/chipmunk underneath her huge deck; I mean, we're talking terrier-trot, pushing her little beak into slats, cocking her noggin...for 45 minutes plus! And she'll go hell-bent-for-leather after any critter that moves faster than she does---yaiyaiiyaiiiiii. I also read that waaay back in the day, hunters on horseback would put little Yorkies in pockets of their hunting jackets for easy access in order to grab and drop pooches to pursue burrowing prey! |

| All my now passed girls were true to their breed, but my last girl Matese would rather hunt then eat her dinner lol. She would stalk for hours lol. Now my lil city fellow has gotten the taste of country living, roaming and hunting lol, he is relentless, his hearing is so keen it amazes me, heaven help any critter should he catch it lol. Last year a mole came out from under the deck, Cody was fixed on a boulder in the back yard, I was sitting in the back where I can see exactly where Cody goes, this lil mole is running then pauses, then runs, I am praying this thing gets out of the yard before Cody catches it's scent, I started thumping my foot on the ground to keep that mole moving, thankfully he got out lol, close call. One of many reasons I just love the yorkie breed.

| All mine have a pretty significant prey drive. Callie’s has calmed down a little since she is older but it is still there.

| I’m glad Dexter doesn’t bring dead things up to the house. He just latches on to a leaf etc. for a treat 😏 |

YT Addict | Ive found 2 roof rats in the house (dead) plus the occasional dead birds (morning doves) in the yard but with 2 Yorkies and 2 cats have no idea who the hunter/huntress is! Never see the action just the result.
