| Dandruff? Hey All!! So I realized today that my baby boy Zoe Has ALOT of dandruff. I used the four paws puppy shampoo twice but the first time was fine. I'm switching the shampoo for his next bath. My vet had me buy *efa hylyt shampoo for him to use. What do I do for now? Something he can eat? Lotion?

| I don't have any tips, just wanted to say that Macey had bad dandruff when she was a puppy, but it went away as she got older.

| Christine, I was reading on a natural food website yesterday that the reasons dogs get dandruff is because of the foods they eat and that they need amino acids in their food. What do you feed your little one. I have added Salmon oil to my gangs food but there are other sources also.

| I sprinkle Missing Link on their food. It has the Amino Acids. I get it at Petsmart.

| I feed Zoe wellness dry super 5 puppy mix every meal and Merrick puppy plate (wet) twice a week. I also add olive oil in his dinner every night. When I add th e olive oil in every meal, his poop tends to be wetter so I limited the oil to just dinner.

| Well gosh sounds like you are doing everything right. I wish I could tell you about the shampoo the vet recommended but I don't have any experience with that brand. I use coathandlers shampoo and conditioner and many, many members use the CC system and like it. Chaci's mom..thanks about missing link, I couldn't remember the name of what you used...
