Jackson is oddly shaped, too, and bigger. Puppia always works for us. He's a medium in the original vest style and the "rite fit" style with an adjustable neck. The step-ins run a bit smaller and he's a large in that style. He is 18lbs with a 19" girth, 12" neck.

They're light weight, soft, mesh, easy to wash, he's comfortable in it for long periods of time. As you can see, he can easily run in it! lol. Plus they're not super expensive and come in many colors.

I also like Ruffwear, Gooby, Hurtta, etc.

I tried easywalk or whatever, kong and a regular standard

btw cute big dog. To be honest I'd be willing to have a custom made harness for me. As long as it's made of extra strength materials.

Your girl is adorable and sweet and has a beautiful coat---color and texture! Piper wears no choke harnesses and she not only pulls, but will suddenly jerk hard! She also dives into bushes, etc., and there have been times I've had to pull her out. The no choke harnesses (my favorite is DoggieDesign) have held up and more importantly, held her! I order from BaxterBoo, but I'm sure you can find them lots of places.

She's adorable , she sometimes gives me a harder time during walks because she pulls(forward and backwards- the latter to get out of) wherever she wants. She will stand in place if she doesn't want to leave the spot, if I pull she pulls back or stands in place. Very stubburn, which perplexes me.

I want to pretty much do right by her. I need to watch more walking videos. The easy walk harness worked to an extent until the little rascal got out of it. because one area wasnt as tight. X small does not fit her I believe. as its too small

What about those figure 8 harnesses for cats--the harness tightens as tight as it needs to in order to prevent cats (who don't have collar bones, per se) from slipping out. And we know felines are extremely clever and flexible and quick and strong and little Houdini's! Just a thought for your little beauty, who, by the way, possesses many qualities of Yorkies as described in just stopping, standing still, being stubborn---how can ya not love these bright little dickens?!!!

I got her because she was precious but had same qualities as a yorkie. I love little dogs.

Figure 8 harness? do you have a link to a particularly strong one?

Yeah it stretched 3 holes. Maybe its because fake leather?

I still think it is a fluke. I have a BB2 that I used for Joey as a puppy and am now using for Ollie. Joey was a big puller but never had any issues.

I will get the real leather one. is there a way to waterproof leather? beeswax?

I haven't done anything to mine and they are all still fine but I don't take them into the water with it on.

what do you do when it rains? any amount of water or most liquid in general will harm/deteriorate fast fake leather and real leather.
