| Desperately looking for a puppy Hi everyone my Na,e is Johnpaul, I live in Santa Rosa ca and have been looking for a yorkie or morkie puppy for months and have ran into scam after scam after scam,! I am becoming discouraged and don’t trust anyone anymore. I don’t know where to go go to find an honest , healthy real pup, I have saved a little money for this endeavor but I can’t afford the thousands so many are asking. Does anyone out there know anyone that may help me find my furry friend.? I would love to hear how any of you came to have your dogs, please help! Thanks, Johnpaul |

| Reputable breeders don’t breed morkies so the only way way to get a morkie would be through a rescue or shelter. You can start looking with the ytca.org for Yorkies. A yorkie is generally going to cost you $1,000 to $2,500. Something else to think about if money is tight getting a puppy is very expensive there are lots of puppy shots, fecal checks, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention and everything that pup will need so you need to keep that in mind. You also need to know Yorkies can get some very expensive issues so you have to be prepared for that also.

| The least expensive in owning a dog is the purchase, it's the funds to care for medical issues, emergencies is what should be thought about before looking to buy any dog or even to rescue one, do you have the funds for future medical care. A Morkie is not a breed, anyone that breeds Morkies which is a yorkie and a Maltese mix is NOT a reputable breeder. Think first about future medical cost. Depending where you live pure yorkie puppies cost from $1500. to $2500 / $3500. Here in Pa. to purchase a pure yorkie where genetics have been done to ensure there are no health issues in the breeding pair, you're looking at $2500. but know you will be getting a healthy puppy. Good luck in your quest in finding a healthy baby.

| Most reputable breeders will offer a health agreement.
