| New Here - hello Hi we are new here! Ziggie is 18 weeks old. He weighs 1.9 lbs. nice to meet everyone! Do you guys think he'll get to 4lbs? He has a brother named zorro and a brother named geegee .. they are 9 & 10lbs. Ziggie had a face we just could NOT resist no matter how big or small he was! | Congrats on your new little pup. Just like people, our pups can be unpredictable sizes even when we look at the parents. He'll be full of love for you no matter his size. Enjoy! |

| Congrats and what a cutie. It's really hard to predict weight and all normally come to genetics. It might be a better question for the breeder, she should know the genetics well.

| Yes, i'm only asking for people's opinions. I now have 3 and they are all different. Ziggie comes from small lines BUT im asking for opinions based on his growth pattern so far. Hoping he'll be sturdy at the very least and not too fragile. |

| The breeder thinks he will be 2.5-3.5 and very tiny. I was hoping for at least the 3-3.5 range. 2.5 is just scary small for me. It's his actual "size" i'm concerned about. He is about 4" to the withers and about 6.5 from the neck to the rear. He had a growth spurt recently because at 12 weeks he was super super small. Much smaller than he is now. I'm just really wondering if he'll get a lot bigger bodywise, because if he only grows a couple of inches i'll have to supervise him for his entire life. I'd like for him to be at least big enough where I don't have to worry he'll be stepped on. |
