| [QUOTE=Jaspermom]I am a firm believer in Fate, Karma, and Kismet! (Kismet would be a great dog name!) I think this was meant to be, otherwise why would I go by there just at that time? And I had Wosie with me? And the lady who was the food expert had a Yorkie to adopt out? Yup, it's pretty amazing. As to the hubby, I said to him tonight, "Now you know, if you truly want this to be "your dog", you have to be the first person she meets in our family. You have to be the one to give her all the attention on the way home, you have to carry her into our house, you have to make her comfortable, you have to feed her, play with her, groom her, and be the last person she sees at night and the first person she sees in the morning. Do you REALLY want her to be YOUR DOG?" And he said, "OK, you can SHARE her with me!" LOLOLOLOLOLOL I just love that man!!!!

I am soooo excited about tomorrow, I cannot stay away from this thread, LOL!! But I have to because I have to go get packed for my 1:30 scuba lesson. Takes me almost an hour to get to the Y and if I don't get off here I am gonna be late. Not a good way to impress your instructor, LOL!! Problem is also that I am SOOOOO TIRED!! I stayed up too late with the LacieHebert thread, and then tossed and turned with visions of Dreama, scuba, and sick pups running through my head. Up at 6 this morning and then tried to nap late this morning, no go!!! Dave says he will make dinner tonight because he knows I will be exhausted after my lesson. Oh yeah, I do love my man!! And no, he has no single brothers, sorry girls!! Thank goodness this is only a lesson and not the certification dive!! I would hate to be 30 feet down and tired... I think they have rules against that...Have a wonderful afternoon, my friends! See y'all later!! HUGS!

| and saying prayers that all goes well for you today and the Dreama becomes part of your family Gage is a "rescue" that I've had for about 9 months now. My hubby was not pleased at all when I got him so I told him that we'd keep him for a couple weeks, see how he adjusted in our home and with Gabby - if it didn't work, I'd find a wonderful home for him. I told him that it wasn't fair to Gage to be left in the environment he was in and that if we didn't keep him, at least he would be in a loving home for a couple weeks or so until I could find another loving home for him. I also told him that the decision to keep Gage was strictly his, if he wanted him to go, he would go because I didn't want any problems between the two of us over a furbaby. Luckily for me (and Gage), he got to stay!! And despite what my hubby may say, he's fallen in love with him just as I have Best of luck today, you have us all rooting for you! Let us know as soon as you can how things go and if there's a new baby in your house! Suzi |
