| Hello Hello Firstly, my apologies if I am posting on the wrong page but I tried to find a 'newbies introduction' but alas that's why I am here. Having read through many of the posts on the forum, I realised that I am on a site which looks to be based across the Pond from me in Scotland, United Kingdom. As the proud owner of a thieving 8 month old, Yorkie dog, I just wanted to be part of a community where others chase their pup or adult dogs for underwear, toilet paper and any other item that's not nailed down. Lots of reading for me to do but looks like I'm going to have fun here whilst my wee Pepsi sits on top of my head watching me type on the laptop! |

| You are in the right place. My little bugger is not a thief but she is most definitely a little bully. She loves tormenting the cat every chance she gets. To be fair though, my cat is just as devilish as she likes to pounced on my yorkie when she is sleep. Never ending fun of barking, chasing and me yelling at the both of them which they ignore Welcome to yorkietalk |

| Thanks for the welcome, folks! I recognise the bully scenario too, except my wee guy likes to bark and stare at other bigger dogs but when he gets near them, he hides behind my legs. Full of bravado as they are but some are all talk and no action...

| Welcome to YT. My now passed girls were thieves, my last girl was the biggest thief, she would go in my purse and steal, tissues, chap sticks, cigarette lighters, $20. bills, and hide them in a stash pile behind the sofa, never leave a sock or a bra where she could stand on her hind legs and reach it, that ended in the pile also lol. Yep, you came to the right place lol.

| Welcome to YT from Texas, USA! We love all things Scottish here in Texas. Your Yorkie sounds so much like my Tibbe, who is a full-fledged toot, out to outfox, out-flummox, bait and challenge me at every turn. He thinks of it as a fun game and I, his long-suffering victim, always manage to agree in the long run. These little guys are total fun - make you laugh every day, even if they do run out all of the toilet paper!!!

| My former yorkie, Micky, was a grade-A thief! If there wasn't anything he could get a hold of he would literally bite the wallpaper off the walls! When I think of all the things he took- socks, shoes, crayons, pens, pencils, gifts under the Christmas tree, the manger under the tree, a candy cane off said tree, silk flowers, bills, a contractor's blueprints, an ink cartridge for our printer, my glasses, books, my makeup, tissues (used!), toilet paper, tissue paper, the button on my stereo's remote control... And he would eat these things if given the chance, so we always had to keep him in sight! |

| Stop, Thief!!! Welcome to the Yorkie Fan Club! Yes, we also own a cute little thief. She raids the pockets of my husband's briefcase, steals socks, lies in wait for any kind of tissue product, and I even found her raiding my sewing box for safety pins. Luckily, she knows "drop" (maybe all too well) and mostly relinquishes the puppy booty without complaint. I won't let on to her that other yorkies know how to stash their stolen goods or we'd have a new challenge. |
