YT 500 Club Member | Gum growing over bottom tooth. Has anyone have a dog that the gum grew over their bottom fang tooth. I read it is not serious. |

| Gum growing over bottom fang is not normal, please get your baby to your vet.

| I've personally not heard of it, but if it happened to mine I'd definitely get it checked out at the vets asap. I don't know, but these things came to mind: presume that once the skin grows fully over that it would be sensitive and maybe bleed, or perhaps your dog wouldn't eat as much as a result? I'd be curious to know how you are making out. |

| If the gum is growing over the tooth that would mean there is gum overgrowth.
