| Jaya Please pray. Jaya has an infection, her immune system is pretty weak. I am on vacation with her in Florida. I went to the closest vet and she seems very good, Jaya's ears were very red and she was crazy with the itching. Vet put in BNT paste, whatever that is, and she felt better, ate and drank last night. Today she is worse, not eating or drinking, walking in circles. I'm giving her NutriCal and the vet gave her an rx for Apoquel, she has had 3doses. Vet is gone for the weekend, emergency vet is not close. She is 14 yo and I'm so afraid, heart is breaking, she is just 31/2 lbs. |

| Thank you. We made it through the night. Very weak, mostly sleeping, actually drank some water this am. Should probably move this post over to emerg. and sick Yorkies. Don't know how to do that. Thank you for your prayers, Cindy. |

| Prayers for you and your precious pup. If you are in NE Florida, I can recommend a Yorkie Specialist.

| Thank you. I am in Cape Canaveral. Saw the emergency vet this afternoon. They xrayed, CBC, she may have a bowel obstruction. They wanted to do an ultrasound, but I stopped at that point. Will see reg. Vet here in CC tomorrow. She weighed in at 2.93 lbs., she's usually 3.5. They gave her something for nausea and she ate alittle. SubQ fluids and drank alittle water. I think we will make it thru another night. She's on Flagyl now, and NO more Apoquel. If you will send the dr's name, it will be good to have. Thank you for your kindness. |
