The fleece isnt meant to keep people from putting a pad inside them, my friend still use the super absorbant maxi pads and thats what I encourage all my customers to use. I just prefer lining them in fleece because it you make belly bands out of just 2 pieces of cotton fabric it makes them extremely thin and flimsy and can rub on the yorkies back legs. The fleece is softer, and washes even better in my opinion. It doesnt wear out as fast as cotton lining.
