| Reputable Breeder Hello everyone! I am in the process of purchasing another Yorkie and after months of homework, I got closest to a woman named Janine Sheatz. She lives in Polk, PA. (Yorkshire Acres). Has anyone purchased pups from her? I live in NJ. I lost my baby in May 2015. She was 19. I am still heart broken. |

| Well pups should stay with their moms until 12 weeks and she does not do that. I would also make sure the females she is breeding are 5 pounds or over.

| Thank you. I know a lot of breeders give the dogs away before 12 weeks. I am not fond of that. I will find out how many lbs. the mother is. |

| Have you been to this breeder to see the pups. Pa. is notorious for puppy mills.

| Yeah in one of the states with a very high puppy mill rate I would think you need to go see the breeder and her place.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | You could buy from a quality show breeder as many of them will fly their pups to you in cabin, for a reasonable fee. Try ytca.org.
