| alling yourself mommy I constantly talk to my babies and refer to myself as mommy. I don't have any skin children of my own. The other week I was babysitting my niece (3 mos old) and as I was playing with her I kept referring to myself as "Mommy" I had to stop and think for a second and than call myself "Auntie" Does anyone else sometimes mix up titles.

| I haven't mixed up calling myself momma in front of other people. However, I have greeted people "Hi puppy" like I do the dogs. So embarrassing! I can barely say hi without following it with puppy.

| I would just love to be greeted with "Hi, puppy" It'd make me feel ever-so welcome, plus it's cute, endearing and funny---very much you, Maximo! |

| No, but, uh, my daughter already calls me Mommy. At 12. So... I don't really have a chance to mix anything up. |

| Luckily no one was around when I was babysitting my niece. I think that is why I kept saying it. I say it so naturally at home that I just wasn't thinking. I told my sister about it and she just laughed.

Our Yorkies are the first dogs in our family with which we have referred to ourselves using names like mom, grandpa, and uncle. Now that I think about it, I am surprised that my brothers immediately accepted Max and Teddy as my babies. LOL My dad proudly tells people that he has four grandsons and two grandpups.

| It really is inspired by positive feelings toward people in my daily life, from family to my favorite people working at the grocery store. Anyone who makes my day a little brighter.

| awww, lol I've always called my little Kimchi, my daughter (my mom refers herself as her grandma, as well), and I have my niece refer to her as her "little"cousin". I don't have my own kids either, but I consider my little furbaby as my child ^^ I think I only had one time I got names/titles mixed up but otherwise I've managed to keep it straight XD Funny thing is my mother recently got mad/irritated that whenever she tries to get Kimchi's attention, she's looking at her "grandpa" for treats and other things instead of her, but once she has food in her possession, Kimchi pays more attention to her X.x lol
