| Hello all Just wanted to post to say hi. I'm a first time owner of a purebred Yorkshire Terrier. My little Nemo is 4 months old and a delight to have around. I've been following this site for every that has come up from housebreaking to eating an earplug (he eats everything! !) It's been a great reference for me and I look forward to future discussions. Cheers!! |

| Welcome to YT, like a toddler baby yorkies will put what ever they find in their mouth, you must watch them carefully and puppy proof your home, be careful of all wires such as TV, Stereos etc. You'll be amazed at how much mischief a yorkie puppy can get into. Enjoy these puppy days, they grow so fast.

| Nemo is ridiculously cute! Reckon at his age you're going to have to really-truly baby/Nemo-proof your house. Get down low and check for possible hazards and even if it seems impossible, if there's even the slightest chance that Nemo can chew it, get hung-up on it, etc., FIX IT (and always, always watch what you drop)!! You'll find that your little Nemo will bring you love and joy and distraction; he'll motivate you to move, be more social and go different places. He will keep you captivated and interested; and you, in turn, will feel needed and loved in way like no other. Everyday you'll love him more...Yorkie love is crazy love and thee best love! |
