Carpet Cleaner So far Daisy has been pretty good with peeing on the pee pad, which I can't complain about. Still having trouble with her pooping on there but she's still only 13/14 weeks. But thats not my concern. My concern is more about my carpet. I live in a apartment and will be leaving soon. So I obviously want to really clean my carpets now and again before I leave. Can anyone suggest a really good carpet cleaner to get the smell out? Thank you

Rug Doctor are pretty good. You can rent them at HomeDepot for 60$ a day. They have odor remover liquid that you can add into the water bucket. It's easy to operate, but a lot of work. After the carpet dry, you can sprinkle some Baking Soda and let it sit for 4-6 hour and Vacuum it.

Do you think you'll use it again in the future? If so, maybe just buy one. Which is what I did. Number of times I've used it vs renting, I think it paid for itself within the first year. This is the one I bought. I also use this to scrub the kitchen floor once in a while. Amazon

Oh wow I never knew Home Depot did that!!! I think I would just rent for the last two months I am in Washington then when I am back in New York I will probably purchase one. Im driving across country so I'm trying to travel with the least amount of stuff as possible (moving truck lol smaller the better). I definitely like the Hoover Carpet Cleaners the best! Thank you guys soon much

| I actually will pay for a steam cleaner to come. When I was an apartment dweller, for a two bedroom I could get the service done for about $100-150.

Is it just poop or pee or both? If it's just pee, then did the vet check for UTI? If not, I think that's the next thing to check.

She does both on the carpet. I did mention a UTI to the vet because she will squat but there will be no pee and this only happens sometimes and I mean SOMETIMES. But the vet said she would look more into it when I come in, which is in two weeks. She is only 4 months so i am still training her little by little.
