Just WOW all the way around on this situation !!! |
I just feel so bad for little Einstein.I hope he soon finds his forever home. Poor little darling needs to know what it feels like to be loved. |
My heart breaks for this poor little dog. So many homes in such a short time. How do you sell a pup and insist he uses a pad and is not a leg hiker knowing the buyer will only keep him if what the seller is saying is true. As I see it, Dee acting as a broker for Kathy just wanted to unload what she refers to as an "Albatross around her neck" nice way for a breeder to describe a breed that she loves and breeds herself. No regard for this poor little baby, just dump him on anyone that will buy him. SHAME ON YOU DEE. This is a little life you are dealing with, a sweet baby that just wants a loving forever home. You need to be honest with ppl that are interested in buying him. tell them he's a leg hike, let them decide if they want this dog, not lie to ppl, sell him and he gets returned to you. This pup has been shuffled around enough. Find him a good home that can deal with this sweet boys issue, it's NOT his fault and he is being punished for it. Return Sharon her money, you made a deal with her, you were not truthful with her, let Kathy take the loss and turn this precious baby over to ladyjane who will make sure he finds the proper home, and not do as you did twice, dump him on just anyone. The longer he is NOT SOLD the HARDER it will be to place him. As a quality breeder of these awesome Biewers PLEASE do the right thing for this pup and Sharon. To Sharon, get little Miss Lacy a sister, NOT a stuffed dog that she will kill lol. (((HUGS)))) |

Of course, we don't know if Einstein was marking or simple peeing in the house. My guess is he was marking. He apparently has not lived a stable life and I am quite sure was stressed out. I have females who mark ... they turn their butts around and lift legs. Some say spay or neuter helps and sometimes it does; but every pup in my house is altered, and I still have some who mark. Again, I would not have placed a pup in a house with a person who had such heavy duty concerns about urine marking. I am totally flabbergasted by all of this, but I also am keeping in mind that we have only heard one side of the story. I remain interested in helping Einstein find his perfect forever home and hope that the breeders involved will put him first and consider my offer. If you don't mind a dog lifting his leg to pee on all of your furniture and having your house STINK like pee, that is your prerogative! Just because I don't want all my furniture covered in pee and have my house STINK, is MY choice, and does NOT mean I love my dogs any less than you! Telling me to get a stuffed dog is so insulting, but not surprising, coming from you. |

It's been just Pipe and me for going on two (amazing) years now. Piper enjoys greeting little dogs on our walks, but she is the first one to move away. I think Piper is fine being thee center of the universe--I imagine your girl will be, too! |
Please gals...let's not allow this all-around sad situation get the best of us by slinging insults. Believe me, it's never worth it. What *is* worth it is focusing our energy on the fact that we can all agree that little Einstein deserves WAY better than what he's gotten in life - that's the real and meaningful tragedy here :(. Maybe there is still a way we can help this poor little soul. Take a deep breath if you need one...and just focus on moving forward. Sharon - any more word from Dee on your refund..??? |

Good news all -- just received an update from a member here who is thrilled to say that Einstein has a PERMANENT forever home with her. Not wanting to get involved further, this member asked that her information be kept private. She expressed great love for the little fella and described him as a "sweet and beautiful little dog" -- and she certainly thinks that everyone else lost out by not keeping little Einstein. But hey, their loss is her gain and it sounds to me that he found the most perfect, loving Momma. :) |

I got an email from Dee this morning saying she still has not received the papers I sent her. But all of a sudden she says that she signed a delivery slip for it to be delivered, but she never made any mention of that before. I have a letter from the P.O. saying the envelope WAS delivered to her and they gave me a copy of her signature that she signed when she received it. |

That means that Dee owes me $1500. plus $550. for airfare that she promised to pay when she sold Einstein. She never told me that she sold him, and if it wasn't for your post, I would not know. |
