| Any one else? Daisy has thing thing where she will sniff the carpet in one spot and try to attack it and bite it. I know for a fact there is nothing on my carpet in the spot because I'll even double check. I distract her with a toy but it only works temporarily. Even if she does have an accident on the rug I clean it up right away. Does she not like the way the carpet smells? Or Daisy is just a one of a kind puppy lol either way I still love her |

YT 500 Club Member | Oh no your not alone. My 1 year old Ruger does this too. Sticks his nose deep into the carpet and goes crazy. I know for a fact he has not peed on it. Can't figure it out. Maybe stepped ground in food or maybe something our shoes have tracked in.

| In the first two weeks we had Mario, he tore/dug/chewed three silver dollar size holes in our carpet......sssshhhhhh, I have still not told hubby. Since it was to the point of destruction, and he was doing this in my kiddo's room at nights where I could not watch him, I sprayed her whole carpet with straight jalapeno juice and then crushed red pepper seeds into a fine powder and sprinkled that on the holes he had already made. He only made one more hole after that, and after the first two weeks, he stopped. He was digging in the carpet in the living room just a little, but I told him no and distracted him in here.
