Daisy has thing thing where she will sniff the carpet in one spot and try to attack it and bite it. I know for a fact there is nothing on my carpet in the spot because I'll even double check. I distract her with a toy but it only works temporarily. Even if she does have an accident on the rug I clean it up right away. Does she not like the way the carpet smells? Or Daisy is just a one of a kind puppy lol
