| Presley is 14 months old and I have pretty much kept him longish, I do keep his privates and belly short. He HAS to get a bath every 6-7 days, because by day 5 he is a HOT MESS! I brush him, but when it's time for a bath you can brush forever and a day and his hair still looks wild and crazy. Yorkies are cute in just about every cut, IF I cut him this summer (which I doubt) it will be short on the body and leaving the hair on his legs longer, I think that's a cute cut..

| Piper is a doll! And now knowing the personality from keeping up with the Charlie post, the cut fits perfectly! Lol I still think y'all are telling tales on those precious babies, lol

| My boys get puppy cuts. Its easier for our active lifestyle. we are always on the go, camping, hiking, swimming and frog catching. Summer cuts are usually pretty much shaved body, legs, belly, trimmed up face and tipped ears. If you saw my boys frog hunting in our lake, you'd understand! they come back to me head to toe covered in lake black mud! Yuck! My little Dex has a cotton coat and he matts so easily, taking a brush to him is like taking your life in your own hands. he is HORRID with being brushed, an absolute nightmare. Shaving is the only way for me to go with him.

| See y'all think I am laughing at you on the Charlie thread...I am really laughing with you because I can so relate! Presley is fast as lightning and omg the trouble he looks for! When I leave the house it is an ordeal, moving end tables, unplugging lamps, making sure nothing is in his reach! Just today he has knocked my cup of tea all over the floor, got ahold of 2 ink pens from God only knows where, ran off with wash cloths while I was folding clothes, pulled a thread out of my rug, and ran off with a brand new roll of toilet paper that somebody didn't put on the roll (I'm the only one at my house that knows how to put the toilet paper on the holder )...this is just what I remember lol. He is having a ball doing all this too, he knows mama is gonna trail behind him! This is a day in my life, but I wouldn't change it for the world! I love that little fuzzy face!

| They are little pistols and faster than speeding bullets! Piper, being 4 or so, doesn't get into too much mischief in the house, but her determination to do what she wants now entails me picking her up to take out garbage (a 12 second process normally). So now, while holding her, I open door, pick up bag, set bag down outside, close door, pick up bag, set bag down outside of container, lift heavy lid, pick up bag, heft bag into container, close lid. Why? Because, truth be told, it's just easier to do all that rather than trying to block a relentless, fast, clever Pipe (think Walter Payton, Jim Brown, Emmitt Smith...). And, like you Cindy 17, I love every exasperating minute of these shenanigans and find myself laughing at her different ploys in order to get what she wants! Sometimes as she is anticipating what I'm about to do, I'll catch her little eyes sorta go up and over to the side and I can see her wheels turning---these little guys are just ca-razy smart...And Pipe knows, if all else fails, go for cutest-thing-ever-in-the-entire-universe; stick a fork in me, I'm done! |

| I normally keep my girl in the more shorter Asian influenced style cut but since it's been colder and being winter time I've left it longer so she looks shaggy now. Once summer gets back she'll be back to this cut, but maybe keeping the top longer since we're working on a topknot
