Aggressive behavior I got Ladybug right before Christmas and she's been great. But yesterday I noticed she's gotten agressive, or I should maybe say protective of me. For example my granddaughter was going to sit on the bed with me and Ladybug and she growled and tried to bite her. She lays beside me always. She follows me everywhere. If I happen to walk away, as soon as she notices, she runs to me. I told her no biting and was stern. Not yelling. Anything else I can do?

| Yes, pick her up and sit Ladybug on the floor while you and your grandaughter stay on the bed. She will eventually get the message you are top dog and she comes Into the pack after the two of you.

I agree with BuddyBear. LadyBug isn't being so much protective of you as she is testing you and the boundaries you set. She is obviously very smart (adorable and sweet) and I'm sure she will quickly realize you are the "boss" which is best for all concerned.

Ok. Next time she does this she'll be on the floor. She is very smart! I'm learning a lot from her. She "argues" with me too! My husband laughs at us.

Ladybug is now letting me know, by barking, when she goes to the bathroom so she can get a treat. She's learning fast.
