Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Warm water and a cotton ball or wash cloth....keep putting warm water on it until it softens and then it'll just slide out without much effort.

| I agree with Wylie's Mom, warm water is enough. I use a wet cotton ball to soften it up and a flea comb with closely spaced teeth to comb out.

| Ditto with above and add the mustache comb. One of my daily uses to comb out furry faces to make sure I got all the kinks out. Does great for the eyes too! I got mine at toplinepet.com Mimimomo is another member here and I believe she offers discounts for YT members. Another product I really like is the Espress Tear whips (also got it at toplinepet). |

| I also use a bit of water, warm works faster, to loosen the eye/dry boogers. Then I comb them out gently and wipe her eyes.

| My Wife would handle the goobees just as everyone suggests. I also heard that if you give them distilled water to drink, it would fend off the crusty eyes....of course, check with your Vet before giving them distilled water |
