| Why would Lacy choose a cold tile floor over a warm cozy bed? What??? I don't get it. Lacy has very comfy, cozy beds, but prefers to sleep on the cold hard tiled floor. She now has the run of the kitchen, and I have a soft, comfy blanket to the right of my chair and a very cuddly bed to the left of my chair. So where does she sleep all the time? Right between my feet on the hard cold tile floor. I even put my bare foot in her bed, thinking maybe with my foot so close, she might stay there, but only for half a minute, then she was back on the tile floor. In her two playpens, she has a comfy bed and a cozy blanket, but she sleeps on the whelping pad that is underneath the playpen. My last two Yorkies would NEVER lay on the floor, they always wanted a cozy bed, and something to rest their chin on, (that was very important, a chin rest) that is why I have a bed in every single room in my house (except the bathroom! lol) I hate seeing her laying on the tiled floor, I want to her be cozy in her bed. If your puppy did this when young, did it outgrow wanting to lay on the floor and eventually gravitate to their beds?

| Teddy is 1 and he loves the ceramic and hardwood floors of our house I bought him a bed and he tried to eat it so I gave it to my grandma and her cat uses it! Teddy does it especially when he's warm (laying on hard floors) but in the winter he prefers the area rug still not a cozy bed

| Tile? Who knows what our crazy dogs do. LOL! But my boy sleeps on the tile if he is too warm. How is Lacy now, has her parasite trouble gone now? Hope she is better and you can let her have more freedom. |

| Peanut is 1 1/2 and likes to sleep on the hardwood floors but does sleep in his bed too. Mostly though he is on the end of the recliner if my DH is there. I think he likes the coolness of the wood floor and tends to be all stretched out when he is laying there. Usually he is curled up when sleeping in his bed. He also likes to sleep stretched out over the side of his bed with just his back end in the bed. I guess his front half is hot and his back half is cold. Just silly little characters, aren't they?

| Bed positions? It is funny the way they sleep in their beds. Mine too hangs out part of his body over the bed edge. Fave position though is resting his head on the donut roll around the edge. What he does when he sleeps UNDER MY bed I know not! |

| Thanks for asking about Lacy. She seems fine but today is her 7th and final day on the meds and she still had diarrhea. Not good! Have to wait one week to take another stool sample in for testing. Will be talking to the vet this afternoon.
