Why would Lacy choose a cold tile floor over a warm cozy bed? What??? I don't get it. Lacy has very comfy, cozy beds, but prefers to sleep on the cold hard tiled floor. She now has the run of the kitchen, and I have a soft, comfy blanket to the right of my chair and a very cuddly bed to the left of my chair. So where does she sleep all the time? Right between my feet on the hard cold tile floor. I even put my bare foot in her bed, thinking maybe with my foot so close, she might stay there, but only for half a minute, then she was back on the tile floor. In her two playpens, she has a comfy bed and a cozy blanket, but she sleeps on the whelping pad that is underneath the playpen. My last two Yorkies would NEVER lay on the floor, they always wanted a cozy bed, and something to rest their chin on, (that was very important, a chin rest) that is why I have a bed in every single room in my house (except the bathroom! lol) I hate seeing her laying on the tiled floor, I want to her be cozy in her bed. If your puppy did this when young, did it outgrow wanting to lay on the floor and eventually gravitate to their beds?
