| First plane trip We're taking our first plane trip in one week. Duncan will be 11 weeks old. I have a nice airline purse bag that I've had for 10 years from Rocky that's in perfect shape.Duncan's already used to it so we're in good shape there. Unfortunately, we have 2 flights and it'll be about a 6 hour ordeal. I hate flying! What do I need to bring or think of? Thanks, Michelle

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | pee pad - I put it down in the toilet floor of the plane in case they have to go. Small container of good - and an extra pad in the carrier in case they have a pee pee accident you can put the dry one on top, leash/harness - Nutri-cal, a small collapsible bowl. You will prob also need a health certificate from the vet. They will usually give you a small bottle of water on the plane. I recently flew with two and there wasn't a way that I could take them out and hold them - I flew first class to see if I could get a kind stewardess that would allow it, but wasn't able to. Also you have more room in FC. Remember besides your purse you can only have one other carry on - unless you are using a purse carrier only, but if not and your pup is your carry on, - take a BIG purse to put some of the other goodies in it. You can't take anything liquid like water thru the TSA - Good Luck

| I wonder if you wore an over sized poncho , you could take him out quietly under on to your lap then pretend to sleep if puppy is quiet no one will no. If you ask they have to say no. |

Once the majority of them get their eyes on our babies, ESPECIALLY if it is a little baby, they fall absolutely, totally, hopelessly in adoration, and as long as you dont abuse the privilege (like wanting to walk the dog to the bathroom down the aisle!!) and kind of keep it quietly and uneventfully not obvious to other passengers, they will quietly "allow" you the privilege....just dont broadcast it in front of other passengers...... Once they lay eyes on these little darlings, they are more likely to quietly allow you to do just about what you want......!!! I had one take one of my babies up to the pilot for him to see!!! The cabin crew had a FIT over that baby!!! Last edited by Yorkiemom1; 10-30-2015 at 03:18 PM. | |

| Great idea about the poncho I'm wearing a poncho for sure!!! He is so quiet anyway. I've been taking him everywhere with me to get him ready and he's really good. Plus he's a chick magnet so if we get busted I think we'd be fine
