YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Ty TY I have a couple of days to wend my way through it all. Topline is key. She has a good one - but a tad higher neckset than ideal. I now am trying to figure out how to blend it all. Her legs chest n angulations no problem * I think* I know and can scissor it. The problem is I know alot but my hands can't translate that knowledge with the scissoring. And you are right - I keep my dogs clean - mat free - nails trimmed - pawpads done - ears clean that is what I love to do. Of course and work with my pups. The finer points of grooming Bla Humbug - although I know that is required for the show ring. My hubby says just keep at it Gail even if it is hair by hair cutting. I look at him and want to say hey why don't you do it then? LOL LOL Cause he knows I would kill him if he slaughtered the trim!

| Gail, You probably need to do what I would do.....set Dara up, and while you study her closely, drink a glass of wine. Then, reposition her stance, and have another glass of wine......gather up your instruments needed to get the job done, and have another glass of wine.....then tell Dara to get ready because TOMORROW, you are going to groom her.....and have another glass of wine!!! |
