YT 500 Club Member | Music with bass Don't I repeat Do Not listen to music with the bass turned up with your little ones in the car! It takes far far less than it does for a human to interrupt the heartbeat and change its rhythm or stop the heart from beating! Their little hearts can't take that . If you notice your little one withdrawing or getting really frantic , take note of the music and turn it down and see if that calms them. Most people wouldn't think that that would be an issue. I am a bass fanatic. I live for that clear crisp vibration and my mirrors dancing .... But when my babies are in the car with me its radio or counting crows . Something easy and void of all bass. I hadn't noticed any threads concerning that topic so I thought I would put that out there. It can easily stress their heart and stop it from beating in a very short time. Educate your children if they drive also so that simple mistake is avoided in the case they drive with a sidekick fur baby . |

| Great post.....I learned this in 1990 when I had 2 amplifiers and double Boom Bass Speakers installed in the rear of my Grand Dodge Caravan mini van, I too like to see dancing side view mirrors. The first ride with 3 pups in the van I saw their reaction to LOUD vibrating bass. That ended that.
