| Fostering Yorkie.....How is the best way to look for owner? I posted a thread earlier in the month about a yorkie that was found in my town.....she has some aggression issues.....I am fostering/adopting her but the longer I have her the more convinced I am that she belongs to someone and that someone is missing her terribly. She is completely pee-pee pad trained, can sit, stay, lay down, rollover.......the shelter said a couple had "claimed" her but that they had only had her for 10 days before she escaped their home......they said they purchased her from a breeder and was told that she was a puppy that was left over from a litter and did not sale, so they kept her.....when this couple saw her aggression, they surrendered her. The story sounds "fishy" to me.....I would think if you purchased a dog and there was a problem, you would try to contact the breeder for a refund. The Director of our local shelter said they could not give them a name of the breeder......"they didn't remember it." Before I can totally surrender my heart to her, I have got to know I have done everything I can to see if someone is missing her....I've tried searching the internet, with no luck. Am I missing something? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should search? I am so afraid she was stolen or got lost and someone picked her up and someone is grieving.....Please help!

| Sounds to me like the pup has already found her forever home.

| Russpilot, she is more than welcome to stay with us if we can be sure her aggression problems are worked out.....I have 2 grandbabies and another one on the way (I will be keeping 2 of them full-time). Just want to be sure she won't bite one of them.
