| Help! Potty question I have a silver haired yorkie. He will be 7 in December and I have had him since he was 8 weeks. Over the last few years he has been a complete challenge to deal with potty wise. He uses the bathroom EVERYWHERE! It is getting ridiculous. It's a weekly thing and I do not like having to clean up after him. His potty is watery sometimes. I don't know if he is rummaging through the trash and finding things to eat or what, but this is the last straw before putting him up for adoption. I love the rascal, but I can't take this pooping everywhere. No trash isn't out all the time. Any suggestions? |

| Notice this is your first post - so, welcome aboard! Wonder if he has some type of infection that causes him to lose control - maybe it is time to take a stool sample to your vet?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Do you mean he's pooping all over or peeing, or both? Was his initial training for outside or for pad trained?? Is the poo normal or does it look unhealthy? How often is he pooing? If it's not a health issue, then you truly do need to start over from scratch...even if it means tethering... Welcome to YT !

| It isn't normal. That is for sure. I did not train him. Someone else did. I was hoping I didn't have to start over from the beginning. lol. |
