| ![]() I was at petsmart when I first got Bella and the groomer wa talking to another family about a larger dog that they had that had behavior issues. As he was grooming a smaller dog that was already shaking and scared to death the groomer was showin the family how to push his pressure points to get him to calm down and was demonstrating on the smaller dog not paying attention at all to what he was doing to her. He wa being so rough wit her I wanted to yell at him. It was so sad . I vowed never to take Bella there. And he was a manager!
