Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | If you do have a state law/statute in your state, I'd highly recommend printing it and carrying it with you in your car. That way if you're at a store telling the store they need to help w/ an animal in a hot car and they say they "can't" -- you can prove to them that it's a law.

| Sounds like a great battle for PETA and animal rights activists to get it in gear and join those of us that have been for years,contacting our legislators/governors/representatives and trying to get these laws passed. Guess it boils down to risk/benefit ratio for them and it just isnt on a front burner yet. |
