| I just read the instructions for the buddy belt - and it indicates that ID tags can be attached also to the O-ring that is also for the leash attachment. This buddy belt looks for interesting and I may look for one! |

| We keep our id tags on the ring of the harnesses. Some Buddy Belts are softer than others, but I don't keep them on the boys all day. They do wear them for hours at a time, though, with no problems. We looooove Buddy Belts and have amassed quite a collection |

| I don't keep Katie's Buddy Belt on all day, but I probably could. I might be worried about matting if left on long, but that would be the case with almost all harnesses. I purposely buy the softer Buddy Belts such as Cocoa, Driftwood, Venom, Candy Apple Red, and Knight. I purchase the Luxury Editions, and they are very soft. They sell liners that I have purchased, but I've never used them.

| As indicated above, ID tags can be attached to the "O" ring where the leash attaches. We also attach our fire hydrant decorative charms there that Carla gave us. As Lisa indicated, the Luxury editions tend to be the softest leathers, along with a few Premium editions. All of the leathers used now are getting softer, including Hot Pink and Red, which were a little stiffer to start. They grow super soft with use. My boys wear the classic Black most of the time. Their black harnesses are at least 4 and 5 years old. The boys do not typically wear them all day, but sometimes we leave them on for 2 -3 hours in the house when we know we will be running multiple errands.

| I attach my tags to the ring on the buddy belt. I love these tag attachers from PetCo. I have had them for years and the tags have never fallen off. Mine weren't reflective but I see the new ones are.

| Another photo. I love that you can easily pop them off and attach to a different harness/collar.

| Kristin, Barney needs the softest one to wear most of the day because of his collapsed trachea. Which one can you recommend?

| I've seen those but I think I would rather have permanent tags left on the harness.

| That's what I use for my dogs, but I don't leave them on all day. I do keep their tags on a neck collar that's pretty loose. I just feel better knowing her name tag, rabies, home again info..all that stuff is on her at all times, since she comes out with me a lot. I kind of think leaving the buddy belt on all day, is comparable to wearing a bra all day and night.....you can do it, but you really cant wait to take it off!! |

| I only put the harness on when we are going out. I don't use collars but if I did I would keep a permanent tag on it. I like changing harnesses. I use a certain harness when weather is wet and parks are muddy. I use their nice leather ones when weather is nicer.

| We have Buddy Belts for both Bubba and Sissy. They have collars to match with their tags attached to those. Bubba has the black which is kind of, well more belt like and Sissy has I think it's Venom, which is really soft (at least I'm sure it's the Vemon, Kristen correct me if I'm wrong, please). I think Sissy could sleep in hers it's so soft.

| Mike, you can always sell the BB once she outgrows it. And the resale value on ebay is pretty good. Usually you can get 50% or more back from it. My first BB I got from ebay used. The BB and the matching leash for $35. The seller said her pup outgrew it. Or you can keep it for your next pup! Toto used to wear his 24/7 when MIL watched him while we were at work. Now that we've moved we don't keep it on unless we are going out for a walk.
