| I need advice for a puppy. I am new here and excited!! So I believe I did all the responsible things to find the new addition to our family, a yorkie. She will be AKC limited registration and her breeder will not be giving her to me until twelve weeks also, she will be around 6 pounds. She is currently nine weeks and I will be getting her May 1. I have everything ready but I need some help with what a good shampoo for her would be. I know it needs to be soap free but I am still not sure which one there are so many out there. Also any other tips would be awesome. I am so excited |

| Hello Welcome ....you won't be able to stop reading on this website! So many wise and helpful people here that can really help especially when the going gets tough. There is so much to learn. In my opinion... #1 All Systems super conditioning shampoo is what I'm using right now. Gentle enough for puppies . Cleans without stripping the oils. There are other numerous ones also that are great but I have one puppy and one adult so right now this works for me! Good luck !

| Hee hee!!! I can feel your excitement from over here...!!! After trying lots over the years - we've settled on Welcome :: earthbath® - totally natural pet care - we use the Mango Tango combined shampoo/conditioner....love it, love it, love it (and so does Harry! ) Ok, so we have to import it, but 'he's worth it'... xx

| Congratulations on your new family member! I have been using the Yorkie Splash and Shine products on Gracie for a few years now. I tried a few other all natural products but did not like the scent or the results. Yorkie Splash and Shine They are totally organic and vegan. Won't sting eyes though I would try to avoid them, of course. The only other thing I like to use on her is WEN. Hair comes out just as smooth and shiny. The YSS products cost less so that is what I usually use. Love the results. I won't use detergent products on Gracie or me. Too drying and they cause itching. |

It's so expensive I'm afraid of choosing the wrong scent! I like some lavenders , some stink to me☺️ Which one do you like in Wen?

| Picture from the breeder Thank you. So the Splash and Shine is ok for puppies?? I was just making sure because I did see a lot of rave reviews for it. Also I will go ahead and add a picture of my baby taken yesterday. |

The YSS products smell amazing as well. I like to use their detangler spray in between baths. It keeps her ends from getting tangled and smells really nice. | |
