Hi Guys! OK I'm confused.....Was this person trying to sell puppies with a sob story to rip someone off that didn't know any better?

I am on page 116. I see some same pics.. I hope other people are not being scammed with their pics.

Summary
the start of this thread and todate....I was notified that my puppy pictures were used in a scam by a user of puppyfind that actual was scammed out of hundreds of dollars she paid for a pupp (that was one of my pictures) and never received the puppy....so we all started this campaign first to mess with the scammers then attempt to stop them...

There are people who stole pictures of Kimberlys pups, put them on puppyfind.com as if they were going to sell them. When they come up with a really sad story, people send them money to buy the furbabies. They get the money, and they buyers are out big bucks. :( It's a big scam, so we are trying to be Scam Busters :D

Just an FYI...it seems that many of the ads that are posted as 'homeless' especially with exceptional prices are scam listings. They all seem to have this wording in the ad verbatim...with only variations in sex, birthdate and price

i think it's outrageous that puppyfind.com doesn't have some sort of process for users to flag the scams and have them removed so the scammers do not prey on unsuspecting pet finders. a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for the ads should not absolve them of all responsibilities especially since they are being notified by users regarding all the scams!!!

i wonder if there's any sort of authorities we can write to about this problem?

up for an account and where is the page to put the bull????? Is it after that first
page ???I cancelled the first page and thought I would ask you first.

It's the second page where you load your pictures. The first picture uploaded is the one they post. When people click to read your post, the other pictures will pop up. I opened a new Yahoo account for puppyfind. I didn't want to get any
unwanted e-mails on mine.
Great Job every one!!! :D :D :D Make sure if you do get e-mails you DON'T open them, as we really don't know who these people are. But I'd bet they know eachother!

i just noticed on puppyfind that either the buyer or the seller need to have an upgraded account in order for the full text of the ad to become visible. (i just posted an ad with kimberley's stolen pics and my ad requires an upgraded account in order to see it). that means, some of these scammers had to pay puppyfind for an upgraded account in order to have their ad visible to non-registered users and registered users with regular account.

which means puppyfind is fully capable of providing the authorities with these scammer's payment information and help provide viable information to track down these scammers but they wash their hands of any responsibility. all they care about is that paying users continue to pay them. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

No I burn dinner just about every night! I'm not a good cook at all. We eat out a lot, but when I do cook, it burns!!! My husband has put up with it for 25 years, so it can't be all that bad!
Waistful did a GREAT job on Princess's picture! I love it. I took it in to be framed, I get it back next week. She's going to paint my sisters cat too. I can't wait to get a picture for her. My sister will be so super surprized! :D

Shame on them is right! They have to know what's going on. Come on now, $200.00 for a AKC Full Breed Pup! $500.00 includes shipping???? They don't even check the ad's, if they did care there wouldn't be so many scams!

No...this guy was trying to sell a phantom puppy that never existed...using fake photos pirated from someone's website. They poor victim sends the money...flies to pick up the "puppy"...and voila!..no breeder...no puppy!
