| Have any of you ever had the laser spaying???? Spice will have hers done April 3 and I take her at 8 and bring her home at 4 . My vet( she has been my vet for 15 yrs) says it is far less invasive and not as much healing time required. She says it is actually better for the tiny ones. I guess I am just scared for her to go under any antithetic ! She is so little, although she is really filling out. She is almost 7 mo and I think she is closer to 3 lb now. Maybe even over as her first little dress I bought her is way short now. LOL |

| Dinky was a little less than 3 pounds when he had his at 7 months. It was so hard to turn the little guy over. You will feel better if the vet describes the procedure. THe vet who did his did volunteer neutering for the Humane Society, so he had done thousands. That helped our anxiety- a little bit! |

| I got my Molli spayed with lasers, they used cold lasers after to speed up healing too. She did great and recovered very fast- you can't see the scar anymore. I didn't find it to be too much more expensive than a regular spay. I felt like it was worth it but it's really up to you.

| Chibiluv that is why I decided to spend the extra $ and have the laser as she said it would be so much easier on Spice. And I weughed her tonight and she is at 3lb. So she has grown some, I think it is mostly hair as her hair has really grown!!! |
