| Since it's new Callie was her current age 7 when we started it. I got it in September and have used it with no issues. This was the first month I didn't use it because we have been in the single digit and negative temps. No issues with it but I think someone said your pup has to be 5 pounds or over.

| If you want to get started on something before he's big enough for Nexgard, Sentinel can be given at 2 lbs.

| no flea problem yet just trying to get ahead of it sometimes i think i will put poison out on yard rather than give dog the pill for fleas just thinking ahead, Thanks for all the info |

| I think it depends on your area. We have always had bad ticks where we lived before we moved and it required doing the yard and giving giving the dog something.

| I'm just saying sometimes it takes both, treating the yard and either using a topical or giving them a pill.
