| Duchess loves the snow We got a few inches on Tuesday so after months of being in the house I finally took her out. She took to the snow like fish to water or maybe it was just the excitement of being outside. With it being so cold, we don't go out as much. Any chance she gets outside is like heaven to her. The snow didn't bother her at all but then again, I get the feeling that Dutch is like the mailman. She would deliver the mail in any kind of weather. She would be happy outside no matter what the weather is. In the summer, she even loved going outside in the rain. She is so silly and goofy. I can't wait until the warm weather. We plan on going on a 2 hour hike around a lake. Trust me she can handle it. I have trouble keeping up with her. She is such a tomboy and I love it. She is definitely not a lap queen |

| Duchess sounds a lot like Barney. However, he is ever so slowly beginning to be a bit of a lap dog.....and I love it! The hike sounds like fun.

| She loves to hike. Last year when we went hiking she just dive right in the water. Thankfully I had her leash on. She is so fearless which is scary for me because I have to remain so diligent when we are outside. She will approach dogs 10x times her size if I let her. She is only 7lbs but she thinks she is a rottweiler. She has no perception of how small she is. |

| Sounds like Jackson's kinda girl! LOL... she definitely sounds like a spitfire. I love that in a dog.
