YT Addict | Whatch out for food hoarders. My boo was raised with i would say 10 other yorkies. Hes very protective of food. Will go to war with my papilon princess. I put their food down so both can eat when they want. Their fighting has got so bad. I have to keep boo in another room if i eat anything. I wont give it to him but he will attack my pap anyway. Well i noticed my pap loosing hair and weight the other day. I was getting worried about her health. I got to wondering if boo was keeping her from the food. I began watching, and princess was getting some but boo would stick his head in and she would back off. So i have fed her as much as she wants keeping boo away. And her hair is coming back and shes gaining again. So if you have more than one dog watch to make sure you dont have what i call a food hoarder. Might be another better term Right now all i could think to call it . I think boo had to fight for his share as a pup while at the breaders. He was their till 4 months old. | Boy I must have been one lucky gal when I had my pack of 3, all females, all 3 years apart. I would line up their food dishes side by side, they ate only their food, never a fight. They were sweet loving little girls. The baby at treat time would steal the older ones treat lol, I use to call her two two, she always had to have two treats, to make sure the older girl got her treat I would break the treat in half for the baby, all she wanted was two, lol. How I miss those little girls.
