| anybody else with a burrowing baby? When sitting on the couch I usually have a blanket over my legs and Anna is not content unless she burrows all the way under the blanket on my lap. It's really sweet, except, she also is a bit middle aged (which I can appreciate) and she gets very grumpy if her sleep is disturbed. So I am held captive until sleeping beauty decides to get up and move around. Barney is not at all that way. He wants to be on top of his blanket so he can see what's happening. So I was just wondering if there are any other burrowing babies.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | The only dogs I've had that constantly burrowed were Miniature Pinschers. I had two and if there was a blanket around, you can bet they would burrow into it. They NEVER slept on top and if there wasn't a blanket on their bed, they would whine for one. It is an adorable trait. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Our chi is a total burrower! Of our yorkies, Pfeiffer likes to burrow at night....Wylie and Marcel only burrow if they're cold.

| Lexie is a total burrower. If she is ever on the bed, she wants under the covers and goes strait for the feet

| It is so funny that they each have their little quirks. I love my little odd balls.

| Teasell is a burrower when it gets cold. Then she'll get under the blanket with me and sleep curled up at my waist. Love this little girl |

| My Heffy was a burrower, he slept under the covers right behind my rear end every night of his short life. If I had the laptop in my lap,he would take his nose and root it out, and go under the blanket and get as close as he could to me! I absolutely loved it!

| Thank you, he was a little mess, but that made me love him more! Several times he nearly pushed my laptop in the floor! I guess they are the Yorkies mortal enemy! lol

| My Winnie will scratch scratch scratch like she's digging for gold, but prefers to sleep on top of the blanket. Guess she has to get her spot "just right" |

| Oreo loves to dig himself under everything. I can't leave anything on the floor! When I make the bed, he digs his way under the blankets and sheets, if left on the floor. He flips the girls pillow beds, just to get under them. Nothing is ever in it's place! ugghhhh He even gets behind my curtains. Anything made of cloth is an object of obsession. Momma's boy is loved, even if she can't make her bed without finding a baby tangled in her sheets and blankets... |
