Sophie Kate has a Lookout 2 (small), she has plenty of room in it and Sophie is a BBY (Big Beautiful Yorkie at 8 lbs). I am sure a medium would fit your two Yorkies.

The tether is easy to attach, it attaches to the seatbelt.

Well I got an amazing deal at Petsmart. I went with the lookout II. I also ordered another tether from Snoozer! Can't wait it get it.

The extra one is the exact same as the first and super easy. It just clicks around the seatbelt.
