| Just wanted to add, Cody is adopted, he was 2 1/2 when I got him (last Nov. 12, 2013) his name was Theodore, 3 sybille's lol, when I have to call him quickly I would never be able to get that name out lol, So I changed it to Cody right there at my vets office where I adopted him from, I NEVER called him by his first name ever, he knew his name with-in the first week. Even with a one sybille name, when I have to quickly call his name, the names of my last 2 babies pop out lol, so he gets called "what ever your name is" Just to let you know, you can change a dogs name at almost any age. Glad you decided to keep this original unique name. Another add on, if the name Theodore is said, he'll whip up his head soooo fast, he still remembers that name. I spell it out if I have to tell anyone what his name use to be lol.

| Sounds like your husband is jealous of the attention the dog gets!

| You should be fine with a new name change. Your little puppy will adjust no problem IMO. |
