| water bottle Not sure If this is the right place to post this but...do any of you use like a travel water bottle on outtings with your little ones? With the weather cooling off I am a daily walker and have been taking almost 3 pound Luna with me a lot. She is such a little trooper! I offer to carry her but she chooses to chase leaves like NO MOM! I'm a big girl! Anyhow, I always have a water bottle and a bowl in my car for after. I was just thinking I need something to carry with me so She can have a drink available at all times. I have seen the ones with like a flip down bowl attached to them...do they work? What do you guys recommend? |

| The ones I use are not as nice as Taylor's but they are the type that the lid tips over to form the bowel. They both have a carry hook on them. One is round, the other has a flat bottom and it will sit down on the ground better and don't have to hold it all the time if you can lean it up against something. Beware of the ones that look like. Flat-ish bottle with a handle the forms a bowl when you lay it down - many dogs have gotten sick from them because they Re so very difficult to clean and they grow mold and stuff.

| Also be careful where your bottles are made. I had a cute plastic one that the bottle snapped into the bowl and it was really convenient to carry around. I happened to look at it carefully one day when I was cleaning it and noticed it was made in China, don't know why I didn't notice that when I bought it. Threw it away that day.

| Thanks guys! I don't let my daughter use plastic water bottles because I am worried about not getting all the germs out. (She plays sports and is sweaty and icky when using her water bittles) I am going to order the one mentioned first. I like the stainless. I'm going to go for the smaller size for walks and also the larger for boat trips and all day outtings..... I think. |
