I purchased my girl yorkie for 695.00. I got her from West Virginia. I was lucky to get her at this price. The breeder was having a hard time in the summer esp with shipping them in the heat.

I bought my boy for $Can700 about a year ago. He was not a mini (5 pounds at 12 weeks old) and the last of his litter hence the price. He was listed at $900 but when I was there, the breeder cut the price to $700. In Ontario, Yorkies can cost anywhere from $700 to $2,500.

Note about prices of yorkies in southern CA

There is a pet shop in the Northridge Mall next to Macy's Dept Store and they are selling yorkies for 3,000.00 and up! Poor little ones, I wouldn't ever buy one from a pet store.:animal-pa

I got Daisy for $900. Still close to $1000, but I fell in love with her. (sunnyvale)

There was a male for sale $650, Ive never seen lower than $600 anywhere

I really don't see why people buy dogs from pet stores, if not for any other reason, the fact that most yorkies from breeders are MUCH cheaper than those yorkies at pet stores should convince them...

I bought Mojo for $800, Sassy was $700 and September was $300.
Prices vary alot around my area, it is nothing to see quality yorkies going for $400. It all depends on the breeder and the time of the year and how good you know them.

I paid $700 for Bella, I am paying $1500 for my new baby. I feel like I was very lucky to get Bella for the price I did. Another breeder who was out to make money could have sold her for way more (she is very small, not that i'm saying that is right)

Locally Yorkies sell anywhere from $600-$800, I wasn't lucky enough to find one when I was searching however

I paid 600 for Bobbi (see his dogster page). I too got him from an awesome YT breeder.
