YT 500 Club Member | Up-Date Just to update every one...... Prada diagnosis was confirmed and she does have Legg Calve Pertheses disease and desperately needs surgery. I have raised $1000 so far towards her hopefully soon to be surgery. She had more X-rays done on Thursday and compared to the ones she took a few months ago at PetSmart, I can see why they were not sure. The more recent ones look like they are from a total diff puppy. The 1st ones look normal. But these new ones are awful. She has NO muscle mass left in her affected leg and most of the femur ball is gone. The most common surgery FHO can't be done. I'm going Monday for a consultation with another surgeon to see what type of surgery will be done. If they have to put in a artificial femur ball I want be able to afford it. So please pray and keep your fingers crossed. Special thanks to those who have been sending private msgs to me on the concerns of Miss Prada. Prada is just as energetic ass the day I got her. She hasn't missed a beat. |

YT 500 Club Member | Yes it does get worse. The problem doesn't stop until the surgery is done. The bone has necrosis do to no blood supply. But the rate that it gets worse depends on the dog or how much blood is getting to the leg. |

| I'm so sorry you & Prada are going through this! Have you thought of starting a fund raiser on one of the fund raising sites? My co-workers grandson is ill, and they have done pretty well using a site called Giveforward.com. If you haven't done so, you might want to look into that..... it can't hurt! Prada will be in my prayers for a successful surgery smooth recovery.

| Then I wouldn't waste much more time. Have you tried maybe taking a loan from the bank or doing the thing where they give you money for the title of your car and when you pay them back you get the title back?

| Wishing Prada a speedy recovery!! Hannah had LCPD surgery last December and at first I was worried sick!! It's hard seeing these little ones go through so much but in the end well worth getting them out of so much pain and discomfort. It takes them a while to heal but I'm sure your baby will be just fine!
