I don't think supporting puppy mills is okay. However, those dogs are going to need a home, regardless. And they are probably really poorly bred and will have a ton of health problems. At least she has the financial means to pay for all of the vet bills.

I have to stress how your statement is not in favor of the puppy mill pups (but I know where your heart is @

). If people stop purchasing from these brokers, they will be out of business! If brokers stop buying from these wholesale puppy mills, they will be out of business, the misery will stop!

I've read that Paris dumps her dog(s) when they get sick, she doesn't help out monetarily, not even a penny! She just buys a new dog.

Well, she did it again. Apparently Paris bought ANOTHER pom from Betty Pedram. I looked at her twitter page and it looks like the other pom is still around, but definitely looks bigger than the 2 pounds full grown he was supposed to be. Looks more like 4 maybe, which is the size of a normal pom. But then again, he will probably end up severely overweight like her other poms look.

Four pounds is normal for a pom? Poms are supposed to be bigger than yorkies, plus all that hair. I've been around 3 and 4 pound yorkies and they are so small they practically fit in my hands.

Breed standard for a pom is the same as Yorkie -- 3 to 7 lbs.

I think poms just look bigger than yorkies because of their hair. Makes them look poofy and bigger than they actually are.

Wow I had no idea. Every pom I've ever seen was 10 lbs+ Hair or no hair, I can tell from the size of the skull. Never bothered to look it up as I never had an interest in getting one.

Yes, definitely not the "2 pounds as an adult" he was promised to be, but that did not stop her from buying another one from Betty. My guess is the puppy was younger than she said.

Has anyone ever seen the South Park episode where Paris "adopt" Buttters as her "new" pet because all the others keep killing themselves to get away from her? It's hilarious!
