| underbite problem? Well, I've known Lexi had an underbite since I got her, and never had any concern about it. She is 7 months old and had the rest of her baby teeth pulled at spay. The other day I noticed she has this funny half smile look, and when I looked at her teeth I saw that on one side the bottom too it growing on the outside of her top tooth, while on the other side it's growing on the inside pushing her top tooth out. I was just wondering you all think this will somehow be a problem in the future and if I should bring it up to the vet? I have attached some pictures! |

| Dogs with under bites often need their teeth cleaned more often, get her used to you brushing them and that will help. Other than that it should be ok, your vet should tell you if she needs a dental but that probably won't be for a while still.

| I brush her teeth every day. Heard too many horror stories about Yorkies and bad teeth. I was just worried about that one top tooth being pushed out by the bottom tooth. If the bottom tooth grows more that top one will be pushed out even further. Worried it may be uncomfortable for her. You can see it really well on the left side of the front view picture. |
