| Lady sleeps ALL day,is that normal? I was just wondering if it was because she is now an adult? (she was 2 in november) A day in the life of Lady: We take her to bed with us at 2am (we are night people lol),she gets right under the covers and doesnt move all night. At 8am she wakes up for peepee and whilst I get my kids ready for school she demands to get back up on the bed.At 9:15am I get back from school and get her out of bed for poopoo, she then demands to go BACK to bed by jumping up and down beside the bed and tugging on the covers that hang down. At 11am (usually after cleaning etc) I get her out of bed and put her infront of her bowl so that she has breakfast. After that she demands to go back to bed (I havent made the freakin bed yet!). I check on her every once in while to see if shes up but as a rule she will stay in bed until 3pm which is when I go for my kids, meanwhile I leave her in the bathroom so that she can go peepee and eat a little more. At 3:30pm she is wanting to get back into bed,but Iv made it by then so shes off for her well deserved nap in the living room.SheŽll sleep on her pillow on the couch until 7pm until my husband gets home. She plays with Jess for about 20minutes,eats,poops (at hubbies feet) then its nap time again until 2am!! Could she be hybernating??? (sp?). Iv never known a doggie to sleep SO much! I mentioned it to my vet a couple of months ago and he said that shes fine (healthy, good weight etc) so I dont understand. How much do your adult babys sleep? |

| It is normal. No need to worry. It all depends on the puppy's/dog's enivornment. I bet you have a very quiet home right? I do not know about dogs but my 4month pup sleeps A LOT as well.
