| Gizmo threw up.... He threw up his breakfast. I'm wondering if it could be because he ate too quickly. Usually it takes him almost an hour to eat but this morning he ate it within 30 minutes and threw up about 10 mins later. He was acting fine, playing with this toys while I was getting ready and seemed fine right after. |

| it could be and or he couldve had an upset belly if he was hungry and then ate fast on top of that. I would be sure to watch him the rest of the day that he is drinking and holding it down and try to get some food in him. maybe try a couple of kibbles at a time.

| He drank water a couple of times after and he's sleeping now. I'm at work, but I have a puppy cam and check on him throughout the day, but I'm checking on him more often today. |

YT 500 Club Member | If he continues to vomit and you think he sometimes eat to fast, try a special dog bowl for that. I had the same problem with my maltese whe I first got him. He would woof his food down soooo fast and then ten minutes later vomit. The vet told me to get one of these bowls or put a ball in his bowl so he's forced to eat around it which slows them down. |

YT Addict | I used to just give them like half at a time then refill when she ate it. It slowed her down and eventually I was able to give it to her all at once. Sometimes they just have a tummy upset, just watch him. |

| Thanks everyone! Gizmo is fine now. He ate his food last night at his normal leisurely pace. I think he was just really hungry yesterday morning. This morning I only gave him half which he ate slowly. I put the other half in before I left. |

| JstPooh.... I love Gizmo's bed... where did you get it at and is it easy to clean, will it fit in a washing machine?

| Joshroo, I got the bed from Petsmart. I have stackables and its a little too big. I'm sure it will fit in a normal size washing machine. One of the corners sticks up in my machine so I turned it over and washed it a second time. |

| If you have any more problems with him spewing how about getting a gorge bowl? They have special bits in them so the dog has to eat around them and it takes him slower to eat. We're thinking about getting one for our cavalier because he's such a greedy pants
